Make
A Difference
The DCHD organization is
chartered by the
Los Angeles County Democratic Party.
Politics can always be exciting here in the Antelope Valley.
With the excitement of all these elections the DCHD
Executive Board has decided to take charge by becoming more
visible, promoting more activities, increasing membership,
encouraging more participation and emphasizing that your
involvement does “make a difference!”
Democrats are a diverse
political body because politics does matter and affects life
every day. The DCHD offers a variety of interests for you to
become involved including:
|
► Government |
► LA County

|
► State Politics |
► Medical
Coverage |
|
► Federal

Antelope Valley Democrats can
make a difference. For example less than 500 votes decided
the Lancaster’s 2008 Mayoral race and the Democratic
Candidate for the 36th Assembly District came within 3
percent of taking away the seat from the Republican Machine.
The Antelope Valley is a community of hard working people
who value education, security, quality health care, clean
environment and water, and opportunity for economic growth.
You must become involved and participate in your government
and politics. Working together, we can let our “voices be
heard!”
